A Note to the (old) Plumber

I'd like to meet you...

I'd like to meet you and thank you for the random various cuts you made in the sub floor which required this hole to get bigger.

I'd like to meet you and thank you for the work you did which prompted this repair.

The same repair job that caused the leak (some would say small flood) when I slammed a nail into the copper pipe you laid directly under the floorboards.

So yes, Mr. Plumber, I would love to meet you. You can find me at the house with carpets laid out in the backyard to dry in the balmy 40° weather we're having today.
