While You Were Out: Wallpaper

Day One: Wallpaper Removal

Instructions:

1. Go out and get yourself a steamer.
2. Mix 1 part water w/ 1 part vinegar.
3. Wait for steamer to heat up.
4. Apply steamer pad firmly to wall to soften the glue holding up the wallpaper. After a moment the wallpaper should peel right off.

While waiting, you could, oh, I don't know...

The wallpaper came off in no time at all!

[I think it was the beer.]

Disclaimer: To any, um, potential clients out there... I do not drink while working. This was a "do-it-yourself-style" project for my sister, in her house, not a paying project for a customer.

And anyway, she bought the beer... ;)

Second Disclaimer: That isn't my sister in that picture, that's a friend of mine who graciously offered to help. Well, I say "offer", when really it was more like "bribed"; who do you think the beer was bought for?
